In today's age women are being treated more like individuals and have even started their own businesses and have even became the breadwinners of their family. Now when a ambitious women and a not so ambitious man get together the results vary, half say they are happily married while the rest are either unhappy or divorced. The profile of an ambitious women would be her always looking for something more and never being satisfied. While an unambitious mans profile is more of him being easy going. These relationships aren't always bad but they could easily become worse. Some warning signs would be showing indifference, sexual imbalance, negativity or ambivalence, and resentment. Once you get rid of those things then you should have a pretty good marriage. But in a relationship with ambitious females and not so ambitious males you have to do things a little different for a perfect balance. One thing would be for the women to lower her expectations, let him teach you how to relax, and be aware that your partner craves you attention. I think that it is very good that in today's age both women and men can be ambitious and not treated a different way because of it. In this case the women are the one's that have more ambition then their partners. I'm fine with that but I don't think that you should have to change the way you do things for your partner. In the article it said for the women to just lower their expectations because a man who isn't as ambitious would not be able to fulfill them. For a true balance in a relationship I think that both the man and women should accept their differences but also try to improve each others weaknesses. Everyone needs ambition in their lives in order to move forward in a positive direction in life. So when the women were to ambitious the man didn't like it. But it goes the same with the man who wasn't ambitious enough not being liked by the women. So in order for the perfectly balanced relationship to work I believe that both people need to have some ambition.
